We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as our processing does not meet the Article 37 GDPR criteria (no large-scale systematic monitoring or large-scale processing of special-category data).

When you submit an inquiry or contact us, we collect the data you provide: name, email, phone, town or region, the selected model and your message.

When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address and a record of your consent and its timestamp.

When visiting the site, technical data (e.g. IP address in server logs) may be recorded automatically to keep the site secure and working.

We process inquiries to reply, advise, prepare an offer and arrange a demo, delivery and service – the basis is steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We send the newsletter based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

For site security, operation, improvement and cookieless traffic measurement we rely on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell your data. We share it only with contracted processors that help us operate, strictly as needed: website hosting and analytics (Vercel Inc.) and email delivery (Resend, Inc.).

Some processors may be located in the US. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards – the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Where possible we use EU processing regions.

Inquiry data is kept for the duration of handling and a reasonable period afterwards for warranty or agreement matters, then deleted or anonymised.

Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn. Data we must keep by law (e.g. accounting) is kept for the statutory periods.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw consent (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing). We carry out no automated decision-making or profiling.

The site uses no tracking cookies. To measure traffic we use cookieless analytics that store no personal identifiers on your device; the legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For that reason no cookie banner is required. If we introduce tools that require consent, we will obtain it beforehand.

Right of withdrawal: for contracts concluded at a distance (e.g. via inquiry, phone or email), as a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs from the day you take possession of the goods. Notify us in time at info@heko.si; return the goods within 14 days and we refund the payments received. (This right does not apply if the contract is concluded in person at the seller's premises.)

Statutory conformity guarantee: as a consumer you are entitled to conformity of the goods for two years from delivery. You may first request free repair or replacement (as a rule within 30 days, exceptionally extended); if that is not possible, a proportionate price reduction or withdrawal with a refund.

Commercial warranty: in addition to statutory rights, iRest chairs carry a voluntary warranty of faultless operation (see the Warranty page). It does not limit the statutory rights above.

We handle complaints and questions at info@heko.si and reply within a reasonable time.

In accordance with the Slovenian Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act (ZIsRPS), OFIS42 d.o.o. states that it does not recognise any out-of-court dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve consumer disputes. A consumer may also pursue a dispute through the courts.
