Carry-in and setup
We carry the chair into the chosen room, set it up and check that it works.
Before delivery we recommend checking the minimum door width and the space needed to recline. Upright and reclined dimensions are listed for every model.
Timing and costs
We agree the delivery time and any costs when confirming your order. For flagship models we recommend arranging the route to the room in advance.
