Delivery & installation
We deliver, carry in and set up your massage chair at your home, across Slovenia. Delivery can be free, but not always: it depends on the delivery location and the chair you choose. What applies to you is stated in your offer, before you order.
Delivery across Slovenia
We deliver to your address anywhere in Slovenia. We arrange the delivery time with you in advance.
Carry-in and setup
We carry the chair into the chosen room, set it up and check that it works.
Before delivery we recommend checking the minimum door width and the space needed to recline. Upright and reclined dimensions are listed for every model.
Timing and costs
The published prices are for the chair. Delivery, carry-in and setup can be free of charge, but not necessarily. It depends on two things: where we deliver (distance, access, floor without a lift) and which chair you ordered (weight, number of pieces, how demanding the carry-in is).
So we do not promise a single delivery price that then changes on the invoice. Instead, every offer states clearly, before you order, whether delivery costs anything and how much. If you tell us the model and the delivery town in your enquiry, you will find out in our first reply.
We agree the delivery date when confirming your order. For flagship models we recommend arranging the route to the room in advance; for difficult access (narrow staircase, lifting through a window) we agree on the approach beforehand.
