iRest was founded in 2003 in Wenzhou, China, and today produces in factories totalling 350,000 m².

The iRest trademark is registered in over 100 countries. The company holds more than 300 intellectual-property rights, including 12 invention patents, and an R&D lab with 110 researchers.

Quality is confirmed by CE, ETL, ISO 9001 and CB certifications. Chairs are also tested in a semi-silent lab with noise below 15 dB.
